We booked two night here on a whim. The Chiang Mai is a brand new 5 star hotel which opened a few week prior to our arrival. We immediately noticed the attention to detail and customer service upon check in. Although the first floor was still under slight construction, this entire property was immaculate. The pool area is large and beautiful and the rooms are amazing and spacious. There were free bottles of water in the room which are replaced daily. Every employee was friendly, attentive, and helpful.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/blockquote>

We came here for a nice relaxing stay in the heart of the old city and we were so pleased with our experience! The staff here was extremely helpful and gave us all the necessary information regarding tours and daily activities. We really enjoyed the location of the property as well. Everything is very walkable and you are close to so many amazing temples. The rooms are also decorated so nicely and the beds are very comfortable. We also loved that there was a pool and spa on the property. The food and bar was also a great addition. Overall, my girlfriend and I had the best stay and we will definitely return the next time we are in Chiang Mai.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/blockquote>

Modern, chic, and comfortable hotel that makes for a wonderful home base in Chiang Mai! Staff are extremely friendly and great English speakers. Breakfast was part of the stay and was pretty decent. We stayed in the Deluxe room with a bathtub and it was magnificent.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/blockquote>

Just love it. The property is located at a quieter area of the old city, but it\u2019s easy to access the night markets, temples, spa and massage, particularly there\u2019s free shuttle services by the hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean, well maintained, equipped with air conditioning and huge TV. Breakfast options are surprisingly a lot, ranging from traditional Lanna style, western, pancake, noodles in soup, and conger. Last but not least, staff are helpful and friendly!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/blockquote>

Perfect choice for those who wish to stay within the walls of the city\u2019s historic center and easily traverse to the nearby temples and markets. The luxury hotel features stylish suites alongside traditional touches and an ambient and delicious on site restaurant. We loved the tranquil pool and inviting lobby lounge ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. You\u2019ll find all you need and more within steps of your room and the staff are eager to assist and advise on how to have the most memorable trip in the amazing city.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/blockquote>

Excellent hotel with an amazing service experience.
The room was beautiful, luxurious and aesthetic. Everything was clean and cozy with a huge bed.
The service was excellent and the staff were lovely and were willing to help us with anything we wanted.
The breakfast was plentiful, varied and very tasty. Just as we like!
Sad to leave this place and glad we knew it and very much hope to return here.
The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the city center. Close to everything even a short walk.

” The heart of Chiangmai old town “<\/strong><\/p>\n

The location is in the heart of Chiangmai old town and close to many attractions within walking distance. For me the location is the most important thing and here it\u2019s perfect. A lot of temples and close to the Sunday night market.
The room was very nice and clean, I liked the design.
Complete facilities in the room.
The breakfast is great and the location of it very green and cozy.
And the robes are so beautiful!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/blockquote>

Had a peaceful 4-night stay. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and clean. The room offered modern features such as Bluetooth speakers, touch-lights, and several convenient USB ports. The staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was served each morning in the Bistro. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay within the \u2018Old City\u2019 and enjoy a peaceful, elegant stay at a modern boutique hotel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/span><\/blockquote>
