ABOUT HOTEL
A: We are a small luxury boutique hotel located by the serene Ping River south of Chiang Mai. We have won numerous awards over the years.
A: The hotel is located in the south part of Chiang Mai. It is approximately 5 km or 15 minutes by car from the airport, and 10 km or 20 minutes from the city center. Click for Google Map. We can arrange transportation for you.
A: Yes. For the comfort of our guests, we do not allow smoking on the hotel premises.
ABOUT SUITES
A: We are an all-suite hotel with 5 suite types, ranging from 60 sq.m. 1-bedroom suite to 120 sq.m. 2-bedroom suite. Please visit the Suite page for more information.
A: All suites face the swimming pool and the river. You can feel at home in understated luxury with garden and river views from your private balcony.
A: Our hotel has 5 different room types:
- Vorra-Teera Suite: 3 units, 60 sq.m, 1-bedroom/1-bathroom, King-size bed.
- Vorra-Ya Suite: 3 units, 60 sq.m, 1-bedroom/1-bathroom, King-size bed.
- Vorra-Thita Suite: 4 units, 90 sq.m, 2-bedroom/1-bathroom, King & Queen-size beds.
- Vorra-Kamol Junior Penthouse: 3 units, 115 sq.m, 2-bedroom/2-bathroom, King & Queen-size beds.
- Vorra-Chinda Penthouse: 1 unit, 120 sq.m, 2-bedroom/2-bathroom, 2 King-size beds.
A: Two persons for one-bedroom suites (1BR). Four persons for two-bedroom suites (2BR).
A: No. Our suites are equipped with either a king-size (6’) or queen-size (5’) bed.
A: We designed our hotel to have a shower area as standard for all suite types. We further make it special for the two premium suites, Vorra-Kamol suite and Vorra-Chinda penthouse, to have a bathtub in addition to the shower area.
A: Our hotel has coverage of local TV channels. It is also equipped with Apple TV for great entertainment in your suite.
A: Yes, a safe box is provided in each bedroom.
A: Yes. Minibar is available in all suites.
A: Yes. Please inform us in advance and we will arrange it for you.
A: Yes. All suites are equipped with hairdryers.
A: Children’s pool is available right next to the main pool.
A: Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms.

ABOUT FACILITIES
A: We have a traditional Thai restaurant, swimming pool, and fitness center. In addition, we assist you in transportation and excursions.
A: Yes. We designed our Fitness Room to be small and boutique, to make you feel private. It has a treadmill and bike, with private TVs. It is open 24 hours a day.
A: Yes. Our pool will not disappoint you as it is warm enough to swim in during Chiang Mai’s mild winters yet is refreshing on even the hottest April days.
A: Yes, parking is available free of charge.
ABOUT RESTAURANT
A: Yes, our restaurant Malao Malao serves traditional Thai dishes, with a full view of the river. It has an air-conditioned dining area and an outdoor terrace area.

DURING MY STAY
A: We do our best to offer you early check-in. Please be informed that this cannot be guaranteed as it is based on availability.
A: We allow late check-out with half-day room charge until 6:00 p.m. depending on availability.
A: Yes. We provide complimentary transport service to Night Bazaar and Tha Phae Gate. Please inform the Butler in advance for reservations.
A: Yes. Our kitchen and chef can provide special meals such as gluten-free, vegan meals, no pork, and no lard meals with advance notice.
A: We offer laundry and dry-cleaning services. We do not have self-service washing machines on-site.
A: The nearest hospital is Rajavej Chiangmai Hospital. Other premier hospitals including Bangkok Hospital and Chiang Mai Ram Hospital are about 15 minutes from the hotel.
